Global Collection Garden Tent

50’x100’ climate-controlled tent with large panels allowing views of the Global Collection Garden. Adjacent to Woodland Glade and accessible via a private entrance. Suitable for receptions and company events.

Culinary Garden Tent

30’x50’ climate-controlled tent with views of edible and medicinal plants in the Culinary Garden. Easily accessible via the Garden’s main entrance, and located near Welcome Pavilion restrooms.

Alcoves

Covered walkway – with beautiful planter boxes incorporated along the way – ideal for seated lunches or cocktail events. Offers views of Global Collection Garden. Easily accessible via the Garden’s main entrance, and located near Welcome Pavilion restrooms.

Woodland Glade

An intimate-yet-open space—with magnolia trees and sculpted hedges—visitors can rent to host weddings and other celebrations surrounded by the beauty of nature. This partially secluded area can seat up to 200 guests.

Selected Spaces in Global Collection

Select a gorgeous location in the Global Collection Garden. Standing ceremonies only. Rental includes admission for up to 15 guests and ability for couple to do Staged Photography in the Garden.

Emily Clay Water Walls

Located in the Culinary Garden, three water walls covered with 3,591 custom jade tiles wrap around a long harvest table to create a semi-enclosed courtyard. Sounds of running water present unique background music. Easily accessible via the Garden’s main entrance, and located near Welcome Pavilion restrooms.

Pine Grove

Shaded outdoor space overlooking the Garden’s Welcome Fountain, with bistro tables perfect for cocktail events. Offers views of both the Global Collection and Culinary Garden. Easily accessible via the Garden’s main entrance, and located near Welcome Pavilion restrooms.

Petite Pavilion

Covered outdoor space with wooden picnic tables. Adjacent to Susan Garver Family Discovery Garden, with easy access to South Garden restrooms.

Pricing

Approved Vendors

The Garden has curated a list of approved vendors who have been selected for their quality of service, and are properly insured in use of the garden space. The approved catering companies are full service and can coordinate food and beverage services, décor, rental equipment, entertainment, audio visual, and valet.

Staged Photography Policy

Photographers desiring to take special occasion photography – any wedding, engagement, anniversary, quinceañera, maternity, birthday, graduation, or other staged/group photoshoots – in the Garden may book a one-hour session during normal business hours (daily, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), for a fee of $100, which does not include general admission tickets for the photographer and photography clients. Session requests must be submitted in advance; walk-up photo sessions are not allowed.

Garden's First Wedding

For so many reasons, the love story behind the Garden’s first wedding – held March 27, 2021 – is one we will always remember. Don and Stacy were enchanted by the Garden on their first visit, and the outdoor space allowed them to envision safely sharing the special occasion with their closest family, even in the midst of the COVID pandemic.
