Yin & Zen: A Restorative Experience

Chill & Heal

WHEN
November 10, 2024 1:00 pm -
November 10, 2024 2:30 pm

Yin & Zen is all about slowing down, breathing deeply, releasing stored tension and stress, and finding internal peace and balance. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on the connective tissues – ligaments, joints, and bones – and the deep fascia networks of the body.  Throughout the restorative practice, the soothing overtones of a sound bath will guide the mind into a meditative state, helping the body to relax deeper, releasing stored emotions and unblocking stuck energy.

Yin & Zen is for everyone, including those who struggle to slow down and quiet their mind.
