There are parts of you that remain steady, rooted, and alive—no matter the season. Evergreen is a soulful gathering of movement, sound, and community in harmony with nature. Set amidst the beauty of the Garden, this retreat invites you to move, breathe, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, sound meditation, and reflective stillness, we will explore what it means to be present, grounded, and in tune with the parts of ourselves that endure through life’s changing seasons. Whether you are seeking renewal, clarity, or simply a space to be, this gathering will hold you. Come as you are, and settle into a moment of peace, connection, and spaciousness.
