Scotty Sheridan, of Scotty’s Fermented Foods, will give an in-depth look at how you can preserve the bountiful harvest from your home garden through fermenting, as fermented vegetables make wonderful, heartfelt gifts. Participants will learn all about the fermenting process, sample some of Scotty’s favorites, and then do a simple fermentation of their own.
Non-member fee of $25 includes general admission to the Garden and refreshments (fermented adult beverages and sparkling water). Garden members receive a $10 discount.
