Go Bananas! Brunch

To elevate the Go Bananas! experience, attendees can choose to start the day with a delicious, upscale brunch with chef Marlies Wasterval of Fresh from Mars featuring four courses of curated banana-centric dishes.

• Poached banana, greek yogurt with honey, crispy banana skins, spring mix with ginger lime banana vinaigrette
• Barbacoa Tostada, banana escabeche, onion, cilantro, green salsa
• Cornbread pancake, banana tamarind chutney, crispy spiced bacon
• Poached egg on tostone, banana curry hollandaise
  
  

Brunch attendees will also receive a Garden tote and a 1 gallon potted banana plant from the Garden’s collection to add to their home garden.

Non-member fee of $75 includes four-course brunch, tote bag and banana plant, and access to the Garden and all other Go Bananas! activities throughout the day. Garden members receive a $15 discount.

Houston Botanic Garden offers free parking for daytime events, which are held rain or shine.
