Little Worlds Within Us

Somatic Yoga & Sound Meditation

There is an invisible thread that binds us together—bone and marrow, soul and spirit, them and us. Inspired by the Garden’s newest exhibition, Rich Soil by Kristine Mays, this class invites participants into an embodied exploration of movement, breath, and stillness to connect with the unseen forces that shape our inner and outer worlds. Through somatic movement, breathwork, journaling, and sound meditation, we will explore the ways we carry memory, resilience, and connection within our bodies. This session is designed to be a contemplative journey—one that honors both the individual and collective experiences that shape us.

You will be guided through gentle yet profound practices that help you tune into their inner landscapes while being present with the art and nature around you. This session is open to all levels of practice—whether you are experienced in yoga and meditation or completely new to these practices. It is designed for those seeking a deeper connection to self, community, and the unseen forces that shape our lives.
