Nurtured by Nature

UPDATE: Nurtured by Nature will be held on Saturday, May 18, as scheduled. We understand the city took a hard hit on Thursday, and we don’t mean to be insensitive to those who suffered property damage or physical harm. We also know that there may be some — even many — who need a day outdoors focused on mental well-being now more than ever. If conditions will allow, and you are comfortable doing so, we hope you will consider joining us for Nurtured by Nature.

In celebration of Mental Health Month – and in partnership with The Feel Good Group – the Garden presents a day of discovery, celebration, and growth, focused on learning about and taking part in good practices in the key areas of healthy eating, personal fitness, and mental health.

• Psychological/Emotional Feng Shui
• Group Dance Therapy

Non-member fee of $35 includes general admission to the Garden. Members receive a $10 discount. The first 30 individuals to register will receive a swag bag with giveaways from wellness partners.

Houston Botanic Garden offers free parking, and our events are often held in climate-controlled environments, rain or shine. If you have specific questions, please email education@hbg.org.
