Amanda Barone of Enchanted Forest Nursery in Rosenberg – a Texas Master Gardener and mixed media artist who loves to bring nature into her art – will provide everything participants need – large and small succulents, plus holly, pinecones, etc. – to make one-of-a-kind succulent candle rings. When the holidays are over, you can remove the succulents from the ring and place them into soil where they can continue to root.
Non-member fee of $65 includes general admission to the Garden, supplies (only thing participants need to provide is their own pillar candle), and a finished succulent candle ring to take home or gift. Members receive a $10 discount.
Houston Botanic Garden offers free parking, and our events are often held in climate-controlled environments, rain or shine. If you have specific questions, please email education@hbg.org.
