Join Realiveness Yoga for an invigorating Himalayan Hatha yoga practice, which uses special sequencing with mudras (gestures), drishti (gazes), bandhas (locks), and pranayama techniques to enhance the body’s efficiency. Overall, this practice reduces anxiety and stress, improves decision-making, and fosters mental stability, vigor, and happiness. Most of the class will focus on physical practice, connecting breath and body through asanas. We will conclude with pranayama in savasana, aura cleansing, and gratitude.
Non-member fee of $25 includes general admission to the Garden. Garden members receive a $10 discount.
