Succulent Care

Garden Success Series

WHEN
August 2, 2025 1:00 pm -
August 2, 2025 2:30 pm

Just like any other kind of plant, succulents and cacti require specific care. Garden horticulturist Cory Saul, who works with arid and native plants, will provide a crash course in succulent care and present an arrangement workshop, covering everything from soil mixing to top-dressing. Contrary to popular belief, you can kill a cactus, but, after participating in this workshop, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence needed to keep the take-home succulent garden you will create thriving.

In this latest Garden Success Series workshop, you will:

  • Learn the best placement for succulent plants
  • Discover the best planting mix for succulents, and how you can make your own
  • Learn proper planting, watering, and fertilizing techniques for long-term success with succulents
  • Create your own succulent arrangement to take home
