Yogi Ashokananda — a pioneer and practicing master of yoga, meditation, and spirituality who teaches across Europe, Asia, and India, as well as live online — returns to the Garden to guide participants through the disciplined practice of Prana Kriya Yoga, which integrates movement, breath, primordial sound, and focused attention in a structured and methodical way. The purpose is not to pursue extraordinary experiences or dramatic outcomes, but to cultivate sensitivity to how these elements influence awareness and inner balance. For those new to yoga, this session provides a careful introduction to energetic discipline. For experienced practitioners and teachers, it offers refinement of coordination, timing, and internal perception.
